Payments are processed through Point & Pay. This service is a safe and reliable way to pay online. A convenience fee charged by Point & Pay will add 3% to the bill, and will show as a separate charge on your card statement. The exact amount of the fee will be shown before you complete the transaction. The minimum fee charged is $2.00.
You may pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
If you choose to pay your taxes online, they must be paid by 4:00 PM on the due date to avoid penalties.
If your water has already been turned off or is scheduled to be turned off today, please call 269-685-6821 to speak to customer service. Your payment may not be processed in time and your utilities could be shut off. Always call us for the most up-to-date information.
